Job Description:
The Bilingual HR Generalist is responsible for supporting HR
functions in both English and Spanish, ensuring effective
communication across diverse teams. They manage employee relations,
assist with recruitment, onboarding, and compliance, and provide
comprehensive knowledge of employee benefits programs. This role
acts as a liaison between employees and management, fostering a
positive workplace environment and ensuring accurate administration
of benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other
perks. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
