Job Description:
We are seeking to hire a Client Service Supervisor for our
lovely and quaint call center department, located in Miami Lakes.
This is a Monday through Friday, morning shift and sometimes does
require overtime. Data oriented 3 years experience in a Client
Service Supervisor role Strong de-escalation skills Great customer
service and communication skills Proven Leadership skills and
conflict resolution Highly motivated call center and sales
supervisor Pro-active, energetic supervisor with the ability to
motivate teams Develop underperforming representatives into
management potential Strong communication and presentation skills
Outbound / Inbound conflict de-escalation call center experience
Call Center Relations Training and Development Ensure
representatives understand and comply with all call center
objectives, performance standards, and policies Collaborate with
management team members to support our representatives and maximize
customer satisfaction Met or exceeded KPS's such as AHT, sales,
internal quality monitoring, and adherence through weekly
development. Must pass a National Criminal Background and Drug test
