THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON BID AWARD . CHENEGA HEALTHCARE SERVICES, LLC Company Job Title: Forensic Technician IV Chenega Job Title: Clearance: Background Check Location: Security Exchange Commission, Miami, FL Reports To: Program Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Full Time, Regular Prepared Date: 07-03-2019 Approved Date: 07-03-2019 Summary: ? The Forensic Technician IV shall be responsible for acquiring, preserving, analyzing and producing digital evidence for the Security Exchange Commission (SEC). Duties and Responsibilities: ? Responsible for securing digital evidence; ? Provide expert guidance on the extraction, transfer, and storage of electronic data so as to preserve the integrity of the evidence; documenting the chain of custody; and preparing reports and other written material for forensic experts and attorneys concerning the production, analyses, and preservation of electronic evidence. ? Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.) ? Master's degree or PhD in a related labor category field from an accredited college, university, school or educational institution that has been accredited by accrediting bodies or organizations recognized by the US Department of Education. ? Experience in initiating, supervising, and/or developing requirements from a project's inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs; ? Provides strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff; ? Provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues; ? Consults with client to define need or problem supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: ? Must be able to work effectively in an extremely pressured environment. ? Must have and use excellent oral and written communications skills. ? Must be proficient with Microsoft 2010 or newer programs. ? Ability to provide favorable credit history ? Must be able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical parties and be able to communicate technical details to non-technical parties in a clear and concise manner. ? Must conform to SEC forensic protocols. ? Ability to work on high-visibility programs and perform all functional duties independently. ? Ability to oversee the efforts of project staff and be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job. Physical Demands: (The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
