This role is critical to ensuring materials, equipment, and inventory are accurate, organized, and ready to support daily job execution. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in an organized environment, understands the urgency of field operations, and takes ownership of warehouse performance. What We’re Looking For Strong organizational and leadership skills Experience managing warehouse operations or inventory-driven environments Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with field teams Commitment to safety, accuracy, and accountability Benefits Health insurance Paid Time Off Additional benefit details provided during onboarding Requirements: Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day warehouse operations Receive, organize, and maintain accurate inventory Order installation equipment and ensure materials are staged and ready for install crews each morning Order parts and materials for scheduled service and installation jobs Coordinate with install, service, and operations teams to ensure job readiness Maintain accurate material tracking, documentation, and inventory controls Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized at all times Enforce company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
