Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of family law matters from
inception to resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, and legal
documents. Conduct legal research and case strategy development.
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
Maintain strong communication with clients and opposing counsel.
Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients' best interests.
Qualifications: 5 years of family law experience required. Licensed
to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida
Bar. Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom experience.
Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills. Ability to
manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
