Job Description:
Trust and Estate Attorney A full-service, Am Law 200 firm with a
strong presence in Florida is seeking an experienced Trust and
Estate Attorney to join its growing Private Wealth team. This is a
confidential search for a motivated attorney with at least 3 years
of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and
probate. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills,
discretion, and a commitment to client service—particularly for
high-net-worth individuals and families. Key Responsibilities Draft
complex estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of
attorney, healthcare directives) Advise on wealth transfer
strategies, tax planning, and asset protection Handle probate and
trust administration matters Collaborate with financial advisors,
CPAs, and fiduciaries Build and maintain strong client
relationships with professionalism and care Requirements J.D. from
an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the
Florida Bar Minimum of 3 years' experience in trusts and estates
LLM in Taxation is a plus Excellent drafting, communication, and
client relationship skills What the Firm Offers $140K base salary
