Job Description Urgent Care Physician Pembroke Pines, Florida
Full-Time | Outpatient | No Call MASC Medical is seeking a
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urgent Care Physician to join a
well-established outpatient practice in Pembroke Pines, FL. This
opportunity offers a structured weekly schedule, strong
compensation, and a procedural-focused environment in a modern
clinical setting. This role is ideal for a physician who enjoys
hands-on patient care in a fast-paced environment with a strong
occupational health component. Schedule Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 8:00
PM (6-hour shift) Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12-hour
shifts) Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (10-hour shift) No overnight
call Compensation $220,000 – $240,000 annual salary Full benefits
package (details available upon request) Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive urgent care services in an outpatient setting
Perform procedures including: Suturing Incision & Drainage
(I&D) Minor office-based procedures Occupational health
evaluations and treatment Preventive care and health promotion
services Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care Maintain
accurate documentation (eClinicalWorks experience a plus)
Qualifications Active Florida Medical License Board Certified or
Board Eligible in: Family Medicine Internal Medicine Emergency
Medicine Occupational Medicine DOT Certification preferred FAA
physical certification a plus Strong clinical judgment and
decision-making skills Ability to work in a collaborative team
environment Commitment to high ethical and clinical standards Ideal
Candidate Comfortable managing a broad scope of urgent care
presentations Strong procedural skills Efficient and confident in a
fast-paced clinical environment Excellent bedside manner and
