Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is actively seeking a Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join
our dedicated healthcare team. Our organization prides itself on

health, and hospice settings. As an LPN-LVN at Encompass Health,
you will play a critical role in delivering personalized,
patient-centered care, adhering to our high standards of service
that honor and respect each individual's journey. Provide direct
nursing care according to the prescribed patient treatment plans.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients'
conditions. Maintain accurate patient medical records. Administer
medications and treatments to patients and observe reactions or
side effects. Collaborate with registered nurses to administer
prescribed medications, assist with patient comfort, and provide
patient education. Prepare patients for, and assist with,
examinations or treatments. Operate and monitor medical equipment.
Help implement and contribute to the patient care planning process.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to act
swiftly in emergency situations. Proficient in maintaining accurate
health records through electronic health systems. Deep
understanding of patient health care and safety regulations.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current
LPN or LVN license in the state of practice. CPR certification
preferred.
