I, Corporate Systems, is responsible for ensuring application
support is provided including enhancements and maintenance to
Lennar's corporate system specific applications. They are
accountable for interfacing with application development to
maintain awareness of new application deployments.

Manager I partners with FP&A, Accounting, and IT to drive
efficiency and business value through Oracle EPM technologies. This
role requires a deep understanding of FP&A processes and
hands-on experience with Oracle EPM platforms. This role ensures
solutions are optimized to support financial forecasting,
budgeting, and reporting needs.20% Strategy & Planning:
- Understand customer and associate needs to deliver enterprise
products with technological excellence.
- Translate business goals into product strategy; communicate
priorities to teams and partners.
- Identify goals, metrics, and analytics to evaluate product
value; refine based on learnings.
- Conduct end user research to identify user stories and
MVPs.
- Partner with Finance to align on financial needs and business
plans.
- Monitor industry innovations and market analysis to recommend
optimal solutions.40% Delivery & Execution:
- Align product with company and stakeholder priorities to drive
sales and efficiency.
- Ensure quality and change control standards are met.
- Test and refine hypotheses through user research.
- Create and prioritize user stories for release planning.
- Make daily product decisions to maximize value.
- Assess features for pros, cons, issues, dependencies, and
value.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and communicate technical
concepts clearly.
- Lead Oracle EPM implementations, upgrades, and
enhancements.
- Manage system requirements and user stories with developers and
partners.
- Ensure integration of EPM solutions with ERP systems.
- Coordinate UAT, training, and validation with business
users.40% People & Collaboration:
- Foster collaboration across teams to identify and resolve
impediments.
- Promote modern software development practices.
- Advocate for end users and become a domain expert.
- Assess progress, share lessons, and plan next steps.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and educate requestors on
prioritization.
- Communicate product strategy effectively at all levels.
- Serve as SME for Oracle EPM within FP&A.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and vendors to align technical
and business goals.
- Provide training, documentation, and support for end
users.
- Encourage continuous improvement and innovation in finance
systems.Requirements
- 1-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience as a Product Manager in a modern, agile enterprise
environment.
- Knowledge of modern software development practices, including
DevOps, TDD, and continuous deployment.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong communication and influence skills across organizational
levels.
- Experience in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in creating, prioritizing, and accepting user
stories.
- Experience conducting user research and competitive
analysis.
- 3-5 years managing or implementing Oracle EPM solutions
(Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Narrative Reporting).
- Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and
forecasting processes.
- Experience with multidimensional modeling and financial
reporting in Oracle EPM.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate into
solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management
best practices.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.Physical &
Office/Site Presence Requirements:This is primarily a sedentary
office position requiring the ability to operate computer
equipment, speak, hear, bend, reach, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs.
