Work Type: In-Office
Schedule: Full-time, approximately 45 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Structural Engineer
to join a dynamic team in Miami, FL. This role offers a unique
opportunity to contribute to high-profile building projects across
various sectors including healthcare, sports, residential
high-rises, and more. You'll collaborate closely with architects,
contractors, and internal design teams to develop efficient, safe,
and elegant structural systems.
This is an in-office position with no immediate remote work,
although limited hybrid flexibility may be considered after the
initial integration period.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing for buildings of
diverse types and materials using relevant building codes.
Collaborate with in-house professionals and external teams
(Architects, MEP, etc.) to integrate and coordinate project
designs.
Generate high-quality construction documents within a Building
Information Modeling (BIM) environment.
Support construction site inspections and liaise with on-site
inspectors when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Master's
preferred)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in structural engineering
design
Knowledge of various materials including:
Cast-in-place concrete
Prestressed and post-tensioned concrete
Structural steel
Reinforced masonry
Proficiency in engineering software such as RAM, ETABS, and similar
platforms
Experience using Revit Structure is highly desirable
Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or Engineer Intern (EI)
certification is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic, self-driven, and collaborative mindset
