A well-known GC in Miami is seeking a skilled Superintendent with strong experience managing ground-up multifamily projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in coordinating field operations on high-density residential builds. Client Details Our client is a respected general contractor with a proven track record in delivering large-scale multifamily developments throughout South Florida . Known for quality construction, schedule discipline, and strong developer relationships, they have a robust pipeline of urban residential projects.
