Description Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects,
ensuring timely completion within budget. Coordinate and
collaborate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to
ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with safety standards,
building codes, and regulatory requirements. Monitor and control
project costs, including reviewing invoices, change orders, and
procurement. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality
control and resolve any issues or delays. Profile The successful
candidate will be an experienced, results-driven professional with
a proven track record in construction management, particularly in
complex commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects. With a deep
