Job Description:
We are a highly respected general contractor specializing in
custom luxury residential construction in Palm Beach County. Known
for delivering custom luxury homes with unmatched craftsmanship,
attention to detail, and client service, we're looking for an
experienced Project Manager to lead exclusive estate builds from
concept through completion. Client Details As a Project Manager ,
you'll oversee the full lifecycle of custom luxury home projects,
ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met while maintaining
exceptional client satisfaction. This is a client-facing role
requiring refined communication skills, technical expertise, and a
passion for luxury design and construction. Description Manage all
phases of custom residential construction Collaborate with
architects, designers, engineers, and high-end clients Oversee
subcontractors, site teams, and vendors to ensure top-quality
execution Maintain budgets, schedules, and detailed project
documentation Ensure projects meet the highest standards of
craftsmanship and finish Address and resolve field issues with
professionalism and discretion Profile 10 years of experience
managing high-end residential or custom estate builds Deep
understanding of luxury materials, finishes, and detailing Strong
leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proven ability
to work with discerning clients and design professionals
Proficiency in construction management software Bachelor's degree
in Construction Management or related field preferred Job Offer •
