innovation across the company’s platform. The Senior Associate will
be a key member of the Investment team, responsible for market
mapping and sector coverage in areas that overlap our core
businesses. The Senior Associate will also help source, underwrite
and execute deals as part of a growing strategy and be responsible

Responsibilities on the Team Lead the creation of market maps and
landscape analyses, leveraging relationships to identify key
companies, build connections and identify trends in sectors across
our areas of interest. Analyze, diligence and execute a broad range
of new investments and partnerships. Build detailed financial
models and valuation analyses across industries capital structures
as part of this investment process. Regularly monitor and interact
with portfolio companies to understand financial position / results
and analyze financial/strategic outlooks as part of an in-depth
asset management process. Serves as a key point of contact for
leaders at our portfolio companies, helping advise on financial and
strategic matters, in addition to guiding their engagemet within
Lennar. Make recommendations and prepare investment committee
materials, asset management memorandums and other internal
reports/presentations on an ongoing basis. Leads discussions with
senior leadership as part of this process and make investment
recommendations. Establish key relationships across the broader
Lennar organization and be the main point of contact for these
leaders within LENX as they look to drive innovation within their
functions. Review and synthesize company-generated reports (board
decks, investor updates etc.), third-party information and other
indicators related to our existing portfolio companies. Articulate
findings from this to senior leadership and make recommendations
that shape our go-forward strategy. Monitor, analyze and report on
macroeconomic, VC and industry-specific data and news. Requirements
5 years of relevant experience in investment banking,
investment/equity research (buy or sell side), venture capital,
growth equity, strategy consulting, corporate finance, or private
equity. 1 year(s) of investing experience preferred. Outstanding
attitude and work ethic. Excellent financial modeling and valuation
skills, including DCF, NPV and IRR calculations. Strategic mindset
with knowledge of financial and real estate markets. Ability to
thrive in a fast-paced, deal-oriented environment and collaborate
across various teams – multi-tasking and working under pressure,
while still meeting deadlines. Strong verbal and written
communication skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to
create, develop, and maintain relationships. Physical & Office/Site
Presence Requirements: This is primarily a sedentary office
position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to
operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift,
and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
