a Senior Project Manager, a proactive and strategic thinker who
thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a Senior
Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end
management of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within
budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely
with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, account
management, production, media, analytics and technology, to drive
projects from inception to completion. This role reports to a
Project Management Lead. You will be a key point of contact for
clients, managing expectations, providing regular updates, and
fostering strong relationships. Your primary responsibility will be
to ensure client satisfaction and project success.What You'll
Do:
- Work:Deliver exceptional projects on time and within scope,
ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards and client
expectations. You'll oversee project execution, identify
dependencies, and secure alignment on scope, schedule, and
budget.
- People:Motivate and direct cross-functional teams to produce
outstanding work, fostering a collaborative "One Team" approach.
You'll be the primary client contact, building strong relationships
and managing expectations.
- Process:Establish and manage project communication and
processes, leveraging existing tools to monitor progress and
mitigate risks. You'll develop detailed project plans and identify
opportunities for process improvement.
- Financials:Be responsible for project estimation, planning, and
profitability, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
You'll manage budgets, track expenses, and maximize financial

project.What You'll Need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects in advertising
or marketing communications in a client-facing role, ideally at a
creative agency.
- Proven ability to manage complex, integrated marketing projects
from inception to completion.
- Experience working with common project management tools such as
Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Slack, and
Microsoft Teams.
- Conscientious and adept at problem-solving through critical
thinking.
- Comfortable leading team and client meetings, tailors
communications based on their audience and level (technology,
creative, finance, client, vendor).
- Experience working on integrated, omnichannel programs with
parallel work streams and diverse teams (Strategy, Creative,
Account, Media and Data) across remote offices.
- High EQ and the ability to read what a team needs to help
motivate them.
- Self-motivated and driven to build and create great work.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and
practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.The base
salary range for this position at the time of this posting is
indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on
job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of
